I love a couple of comic references here - first, having Jake as the "driver". Jake is an alter persona in the comics that drives a cab, a sort of way of accessing the seedy underworld. And the Rolls Royce limo with SPKTR license plate - because Marc is filthy rich in the comics, having made a fortune as a mercenary, which obviously we only saw glimpses of, like the money in the storage unit, the random travel without any question, etc.

For all we know, those two that were on the floor and presumably dead could have been abusive employees (predators even?) in that hospital. If we go back to Jake's earlier killings, especially at the village in episode 1, what is the bar for such an act? Is merely working towards freeing Ammit enough to warrant death, even if the actual act hasn't occurred yet? Or perhaps because they attacked Moon Knight, it was enough justification then and there? It's an interesting thing to ponder.

Mohamed Diab’s daughter wanted to change her hairstyle because she didn’t see anyone in major media who looked like her, but now she’s proud to have her hairstyle after seeing Layla become the Scarlet Scarab. And lastly, Oscar comes from a Guatemalan family. So when I saw him speaking Spanish as Jake, I freaked out with excitement and laughter because my parents are from Quetzaltenango.
