Sokka and Katara's discovery of an abandoned Water Tribe ship leads them to an old friend from their tribe, who knows where to find their dad.
This episode was such a great test of this epic duo's friendship. Also, that kiss!?!?! I love love stories and I'm so happy to see that they are continuing to develop this romantic storyline!!

This show... just how deeply they build a world through concepts, like ice dodging, and how well that action is executed (so proud of Sokka). And how they revisit past locations and stories in a way that feels organic. Even ending up in an abbey that creates perfume so they can overload the shirshu's senses, it never felt like a cop-out or cheesy, it actually felt like a smart tactic by Sokka and an earned victory. And when this episode comes off the heels of "Blue Spirit" and "Fortune-teller", I knew then that this would be a consistantly great show. Thank you Jax, this has been an amazing Avatar Day, and I look forward to many more.
