Added 2024-09-12 00:34:14 +0000 UTCWhat can I say about Tropic Thunder!? This movie was completely unhinged! From beginning to end, I did not know what to make of this film. I laughed so hard my face hurt.
While shooting an epic war film, the actors get dropped off into a real jungle in order to create a more authentic performance. With hidden cameras capturing their experiences, the actors accidentally find themselves in a real war zone. Will they be able to survive? Will they be able to finish their movie? And most importantly, will they ever get TiVo?

Not that he doesn't do it well, but it feels like he has something to prove with the whole, "I do all my own stunts" trope but I don't hate the films. They are mindless fun. I loved his younger stuff like Risky Business, Top Gun and Interview with a Vampire.
