I’ve been having migraines for the last four days, and I was just lying in bed, waiting for my head to finally explode, lol. I normally never have headaches for this long. People tell me it’s the weather heh. I don't think that's it. Anyway, didn’t want to ramble. I feel normal again now.

2025-06-25 15:03:57 +0000 UTCI grew up with caffeine migraines from drinking coffee and not getting enough nutrients in my diet. Finding a good multivitamin might help but even then, I don't know the cause of your head pains. I hope you're able to figure it out as migraines can become a living nightmare.
