Post Lesnar debrief!

Good evening one and all from myself, Biscuit, and Josie! I hope you're all doing well this clammy August evening. As is tradition, its time for my post video release breakdown, (both mental and statistical).

So first off, thank you to all of you absolute fucking lunatics who watched this on Vimeo, because for the first time ever, you all spent so much time watching me talk about big ol' jacked bois that you streamed my account into the naughty list and Vimeo complained that I had been responsible for over 2TB of streamed data lol. That's 2000 fucking gigabytes, or 112 million copies of this image (I did the math, this is factually correct)

So thanks for that!

The video has gone over pretty well on YouTube, and hit 100K views in a little over 1 day, which is amazing! Though, as usual, views are kinda trailing off now, so while it raced out of the gate, I think it'll probably wind up doing about as well as any other video this year. Which is still pretty good! Though hopefully it'll have a long tail like my Frank Dux or CM Punk video.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. It could've been better, like theres always stuff I wish i could've added, or removed, or improved, and I'm always probably more critical of myself than any YouTube commenter could hope to be. I had actually reached out to Frank Mir over instagram to ask if he'd like to have a chat about his history with Brock, but sadly never got a reply. Would've been nice to have him make an appearance, but what can you do. For obvious reasons, I didn't ask Brock to be a part of the video lol.

I'm glad to have it over with, at times it really felt like this one was never going to end. I wanted to kinda do a deep dive into the.... allegations.. but honestly, by the time I got to that part of the video it was at the 2 hour mark, and diving into such a heavy subject matter so deep into production wasn't something I really relished the idea of. I'd kinda had my fill of Lesnar and Lesnar related activities by that point. As I said a few times, this was supposed to be a short side quest away from Lineal videos for a while! See how that fuckin' turned out..

So speaking of Lineal videos, as you probably saw, I did an intro for Lineal 3, and that is 99% guaranteed to be where were headed for the next video. Unless something major comes up that I absolutely must discuss like Jon Jones gets sober or Dana goes woke or something. Lineal 3 is a tough one to plan for, because given my track record with these videos, I'll cover 3, maybe 4 fighters at most. But i'd also like to wrap up the series as a trilogy... which means cramming like, 7 or 8 fighters into one video lol. I don't know in what multiverse a Blownapart video can get that much work crammed into it, but I wish I lived in it. So this will be interesting to see how it goes!

In the immediate future, what's in store for your old pal is a bit of a break. I'll probably be taking the rest of August to decompress, play some video games, read some (non MMA) books.

These are fun, relaxing reads, right??

I have an actual, real holiday planned for a few days at the end of the month too, so that's exciting!

When the holiday is over, I'll probably get back to writing then, with an aim to get Lineal 3, and a Christmas video done for the remainder of the year.

I did add a $3 Tier to Patreon too, currently there are no extra advantages to the tier other than the feelgood factor of supporting me a littler harder, but I am currently thinking of things I can do to make it actually worthwhile. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know!
