Lineal 2 update #2!

What's up Just bleed gang!

I hope you're all doing good this Sunday evening! So the lineal video is coming along slowly but surely, in terms of progress:

-Script is now over 2k words long

-I've just hit the 20 minute mark for recorded audio

-Completed video is sitting at 12 minutes

I'm pretty happy with what's completed so far, it's only covered Randy v Enson, but it's got a decent bit of information in there, I've been having fun with some new editing styles too, I got to talk about my white hot love for the design of PRIDE's posters, and overall yeah I'm happy enough with how this is going, which is unusual for me as its around about now I have an existential crisis and feel like deleting everything and starting over. I'm looking forward to what comes next though, as the lineal title passes from Enson to Mark Kerr at PRIDE, and then fucking Fujita wins it from him, and the belt just bounces around Pride for a while, so this video is basically going to be a thinly veiled excuse to do some more Prideposting.

Seriously, how fucking incredible were these posters??

In other news, well I guess its UFC 300 week! I'm actually kinda excited for this. The card is genuinely great, I know some people were saying 299 was better, but those people are smoking crack.And look I'm like one of those self hating Star Wars fans, I'll take any opportunity to dunk on the UFC when they fuck up but I don't think 300 warrants that. Unless were talking about 300's poster, which is an absolute joke and whoever designed that shit should have their license revoked.

The main event, honestly that IS disappointing, I was saying to a friend earlier today that it seems like Periera v Hill was the UFC's plan H after everyone else called out sick or something. I've no idea why that's main eventing the biggest card they've put on in years, but whatever. Its still a good fight, it just doesn't feel like it should be the main event of such a big card. But aside from that, and the poster, and Nickal v Brundage being on the main card instead of Jiri v Rakic, aside from all that, it's definitely a 9/10 card! On paper, anyway. I'll still never forget the disappointment of UFC 200. It cant possibly fail to be better than that card, can it??

I'm considering doing a watch party in the voice chat over on the discord for 300 too, seems like it could be a laugh, or chaotic as fuck, either is acceptable.

Fucking COMPARE AND CONTRAST. The marrow has been sucked out of the last remaining creative bone at the UFC marketing dept.
