Private Discord channel for Patrons only

So I've added a private Discord channel now for you guys only. I believe if you link your Patreon to Discord, you should automatically see it show up in your eligible servers.

If any of you can test it out and let me know if its working, that'd be great!
If it fails, just let me know your Discord name and I'll manually add you.
I'll open the whole thing up publicly soon, so we'll all need a place to chat away from the masses when they eventually ruin everything.
