Slapdate #2!

So I guess I can count Bo Katan from The Mandalorian as a fan now?? The amazing thing about making these videos is the people I've met thanks to them. I've gotten to know incredible people right here on Patreon (you know who you are!), and occasionally, I'll get contacted by people who I have a massive amount of respect for (you also know who you are.. Felix Biederman, creator of Fighting in the age of Loneliness, oh shit did i give that one away, damn). But one of the wildest so far is well, definitely Violent J of Insane Clown Posse, but a close second is a guy who was involved with King of the Cage, managed fighters such as Josh Barnett, was heavily involved in the early days of MMA, and currently is a talent rep for actors such as Katee Sackhoff, a.k.a Bo Katan from The Mandalorian. He wrangled me her autograph, and I'm just going to tell everyone she watches my videos and Pedro Pascal and Baby Yoda probably do too.

Video Chat!

The video is coming along pretty well right now. I've just hit around 26 minutes of work tonight. It was tough getting much of anything done over the last week, but I worked on it whenever I could, and over the next few weeks I actually have quite a bit of time off my 9-5 thanks to Easter, and some holidays coming up soon too, so I'm still hoping to get this one done by around mid April!!

Like the other videos, it's not just about one topic. Yes, Power Slap will be the meat of it, but there are 2 other failed promotions I want to talk about too. X-Arm and Yamma Pit Fighting, as both organizations were created by guys who helped create the UFC. So I thought tying them to Power Slap, another shitty promotion created by the current owner of the UFC would be a good way to approach it. 

Fight Chat!

So Fight Circus 6 went down last night, and as expected, it was a glorious mess. As i said to a friend earlier, I'm not sure if my involvement with FC6 raised or lowered my stock in the grand scheme of things 😂

It was pretty crazy to hear my voice coming out of a PPV all the same, so I'm grateful to Jon Nutt & Full Metal Dojo for asking me to be a part of it. I stayed up and watched the whole thing despite it only starting at midnight my time, and it was worth it just to see Walter John Veale practically fucking murder some kids when he half powerbombed/half flung some kids around the ring.

Cat Chat!

Biscuit is recovering well. So thank you to everyone for all your well wishes! He had his stitches taken out on Friday, and has celebrated by killing more rats than you'd find in the average WW1 Trench. Seriously, this cat is a god damn murder machine. I think he has some kind of item dupe glitch going on when it comes to rats cause he's just brining them home left and right. I think this neighbourhood might have a problem😆
