What's next!

Hey! 

Okay, so yet again after promising myself I was going to take some time off after TUF 2 came out, I almost immediately dived right back in and started working on the next video. It's not what I consider a "real" video, as it's just an end of year MMA review, but I'm hoping it'll be enjoyable all the same. And I really just had to share this segment with Patrons as it's another stupid idea that has had me laughing every time I think about it. 

I did a piss-take "in memoriam" segment in 2021's End of Year video, and used Sarah MacLachlan's "arms of an angel" track for the music. This year, I used the same music, but watching it in motion, I felt it was a cop out to try and make the same joke twice.. so this year, I commissioned a musician to make me some custom music for 2022's In Memoriam. Take a listen, see if you can figure out what it is 😆

The video itself is coming along well, I'm up to July in terms of writing, and will hopefully have the year (sans December, obvs) completed in a week or so, and the video done a week after that. So really, we're talking another 2-3 weeks. With some luck it'll be out in mid December. I've got some dangerously stupid ideas for this one. As this is essentially a gag video, I'm just giving myself free reign to go nuts with it.

Okay so I guess most of you saw the admittedly dickteasing post I did on Youtube last week with this monstrosity in it. The most ambitious MMA crossover etc etc, yeah so obviously it's not actually really huge news or anything, no i didn't get a Nike deal, or track down the Just Bleed guy for an interview (tho that is still the dream), the actual news is that all things going according to plan, mother flipping FIGHT CIRCUS have asked me to do pre fight analysis for their upcoming event. The CGI homunculus above is a still from a 3D animation they did up for my voice over segments, it'll be dumb as all hell, but hopefully a bit of fun. 

Anyway that all for now! Apologies to anyone who emailed me recently if i haven't replied to you, I've not forgotten about you, I've just thrown myself back into video production like a dope and given up all my free time yet again!! 😆
