Project Kamp week ahead #156

Hey friends,

This week, we have some significant updates regarding the Brick Ruin renovation. The foundations and main structure are now ready, and we can begin work on the roof. Additionally, we have some exciting introductions of Kampers, along with an unexpected event...

And here’s a glimpse of another week of life at Kamp through photos. 📸

Not sure how much to reveal about the next moves on the Brick Ruin, as the last steps came together quickly and made a significant impact. 🧱🏠 Don’t want to give everything away, but you can get a sense of how it’s progressing.

Landscaping team is a bit more chill this week. Due to fire regulations, they have limited time to work with power tools, so they’re focusing on lighter tasks. For example, Cameron is updating our fruit tree map. 🍏

The kitchen team is quite motivated with a new project centered around food processing. We'll keep a bit of mystery around that for now... 👀

Our avocado tree was looking a bit sad, so Cameron improved its environment. Let’s see if it thrives.

Julie is on the hunt for second-hand furniture, using a second-hand table and second-hand chairs—all within a second-hand building renovated with many reused materials. 💪 Computer is first hand if you are wondering, but quite old thought.

hat’s it for now... well, not quite! In the attachments of this post (bottom part), you’ll find a cool little video Adrian made with his phone. We’ve got a new ally against the mimosas! 🌿

Now, for real, that’s the end of the post. Don’t forget to vote for your favorite thumbnail! 💭

Oguzhan starting to dig on the first two beats of the music - without a cut! - is top notch! Props to the video editing team for the eye for it or the time put into finding a song that fits the movement and the vibe too! Those hammer throws and catches! Impressive. I love the humour that seeps through even the screen. It must be even more fun to be there in person. Thank you for all this!

I've read Stella's comments about where to look, and even disabled my adblocker in case it was interfering, but I still couldn't see the link to Adrian's video. I WAS able to find it in the emailed newsletter, but not on the Patreon website. (I'm in Firefox on a MacBook Air, fwiw.)
