Seems like a mistake. There’s an English service number you can call to confirm. When I want 4WD, I select SUV category and get the Raize. I believe it had that when I was in Hokkaido. Useful there.

I selected the 4WD option on the website and I am allowed to select the C1 class vehicles which is where the Yaris, Vitz or Roomy cars fall under. I don't think these cars come with 4WD or AWD options. Should I trust the website or do you think this is a mistake with the English website? I'm doing some planning ahead of time for my trip in December up in Tohoku where I'll be driving in snow. I'll select winter tyres (probably standard in winter anyway) but AWD options would be preferred.
