I was in similar situation several times and I wrote to my district representative and mayor and pointed me to consumer affair and the BBB. I was aloes recommended to a lawyer on a noter situation and he was pro bono. There are lawyers in your country that side with the consumer and they will do a pro bono case. I one case the president of Samsung call me.
