Good Walk and Workout. I purchase my Iphone from my Cell phone Company and it covers Theft. I purchased my Apple Laptop from Amazon as well. As much as I love Apple products there customer service is Awful but as you said it's usually always like that. I will say that buying a Dyson is a nice practical gift but maybe you should also have bought her a gift card for her favorite store, sweet shop ect.... or something related to her dancing. Just a suggestion as I'm sure she liked the vacuum you bought her as well.
