400 Year Old Japanese Cuisine - EARLY ACCESS

This was a tough one to make but a lot of good info and insight into what Japanese ate 400 years ago during the Edo period (1603 - 1868) at a restaurant that has recipes from the time they cooked for Daimyo of the Kaga Clan in Kanazawa. Very special experience and story.
Really enjoyed watching this and the scenes that speed up I found funny and so did my daughter. Overall it came out great. Loved the music as well. Glad I'm catching up on some of your past videos. Also you both looked great in Traditional Japanese Attire. :-)

Sorry Arno, its my style. I’ll inject spontaneous fun into my work. It’s part of my signature ;) not everyone is going to see the same things in this but I don’t want to make it like NHK either, a show with no personality.

Very interesting subject but I found the cartoonish intermissions a bit distracting. You don’t need that in my opinion.

Great Video John, the post production work that you put in is evident, congrats again and keep them coming. The length is just about right, it did leave me wanting to know more though. ありがとうございました

By the way, the video of Kanazawa looks even more stunning replaying on the 65' TV.
