If you want any help or tips with the research into speciality coffee I can give you some suggestions/web links (James Hoffmann is a very knowledgable person on the subject and actually won the world barista championship in Tokyo back in 2007). I’m visiting japan in two weeks and coffee is high on the agenda, especially in Kyoto!

2019-11-10 09:07:20 +0000 UTCThanks Michael. I’m trying to understand more about Japan’s coffee culture before diving into tea. I think tea will have a big comeback in 2020 if coffee gets pricey. I was curious about coffee growing areas in Japan other than Ogasawara! Might be another episode there too. UCC in Japan is HUGE buying all the best coffee ☕️ I’ve a lot of research to do.
