Hey Vern, tough one. Actually rental car from Kyoto is easiest, parking is free! (They have a lot of space!!) Probably Shinkansen to Kyoto then the local train I showed the day after this. But if you have a train pass, you can take the long way around from Kanazawa too. The JR OBAMA LINE is the closest train station to here. I almost went here when I was hitchhiking but the last train back to Obama was like 4:30pm!! Hahaha Very countryside.

2019-09-26 19:55:33 +0000 UTCI really enjoyed this video. Do you think it would be quicker to fly from Tokyo to Kyoto, then take a local train to Kamagawa or take the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Fukui-shi, then take a local train?
