Arrived in Kumamoto safely. Big bowl of local ramen waiting for me at the shop near my hotel :) I will be setting up a live stream for patrons in a couple of days. I am so very thankful for your support!!! Means a lot to me out here on the road.

2017-03-29 23:56:12 +0000 UTCI'm not entirely sure on everything. They added extra stuff to the broth. It's Tonkotsu (pork bone) thick broth with some extra. The toppings are pretty usual including that onsen tamago :)
