Love this idea. Getting schooled about early Daft Punk. Didn’t know the “Darlin” connection. And I’ll be the first to agree with experts in production about the influence of “Pet Sounds.” I know he dropped coins, brought in animals, etc. But I don’t find many tracks on the LP digestible - some are great, mind you. But so many display a loneliness and mental unhealth of Brian (and I love angst as subject matter, but maybe self-indulgence leaves a taste (?). And yes, I’m self-aware to recognize ... well, don’t make me type it. I’m working on it. Haha OK, good luck. Looking forward to it. Thanks !🤪
