There's a button to your right that switches from flashy club lighting to a single spotlight from above. It might help increase framerates, or at least prevent a seizure.
For the best synchronization of movement and music, set Physics Update Cap to 3 and Physics Refresh to Auto, then tune any settings as needed so that your framerate *always stays above* 45fps. I highly recommend disabling any framerate smoothers like AWS et al.
