Added 2020-04-04 08:23:43 +0000 UTCSo I've been working all morning and piecing together parts from SCP-4217 and SCP-2399 and I have a working theory of how the two are connected! It's completely far fetched but it sounds awesome. I am gonna make a video either Monday or Tuesday to explain it all.
SCP-4217 actually has a fascinating storyline when you piece it all together and throw SCP-2399 into the mix!

Well, since they discovered material on earth that came from Mars most likely due to a huge meteorite hitting Mars, I figured the same thing happened when 2399 hit Io. The Nazis must have found the part on one of their numerous expeditions.
