Here is a doodle of SCP-070 for you all. I have linked the actual article above. In a nutshell, SCP-070 is an adult male with 2 metal, articulated lengths of metal fused to his back. From these hang 22 barbs on various lengths of chain. These "wings" are sentient and may strike without warning and cause damage to both people and objects. The man himself appears to have little to no control over the "wings" however will thrash them around himself when he feels threatened.
