As you'll see in this clip of the shot following today's panel update, the interior and the exterior scenes are separate files.
The reason for this is to allow the inside shots to carry more detail of the apartment and less of the surrounding city (since you don't see it), and the outsides shots can carry more detail in the city with almost no inside apartment view.
If I need to complete a shot that includes a view into the apartment but from the outside with enough room to show the city, I will need to photoshop - or remove anything not directly in camera view to save the CPU space for posing easily and stability.
