2024-01-02 16:26:11 +0000 UTCI was able to open the zip file and get the Dropbox link. The Dropbox link gave an error message saying "That didn't work for some reason. If it's a fluke, it might work if you refresh the page. You can also ask us for help." I even tried it in incognito session so cookies and cache would be cleared.
