I think the timeline was revealed during Tzuyu's jacket bts, the jacket shoot was being done 2 weeks before Nayeon's debut, so most likely between April and May. So they already knew this a good 4 to 5 mos. prior to the actual debut date. TWICE is getting better at not giving spoilers ๐๐๐
