Here’s all the things you need to know about this Patreon and getting set up.

What Is The Release Schedule?

Wednesday is open swim in the Dice Pool!

• Our bonus actual play episodes will be released the last Wednesday of each month. If the game is over 2 hours we will most likely break it up into two episodes and release them every other Wednesday of the month.
• Talkbacks from the main feed will be released the Wednesday after the episode airs.
• We will announce what game we will be playing and when it will be released at the beginning of each month so you always know exactly what to expect (except when we release something unexpected!).

Is it Audio Only?

This is an audio-only show. There may be a time in the far-flung future where we experiment with video, but it would have to be for the right game and the Dice Pool would have to be PACKED.

How do I Listen to this Podcast?

By subscribing to this Patreon  you get access to the private Dice Pool RSS feed. This is essentially a link you add to your podcast player (also called a "podcatcher") of choice–Apple Podcasts, Pocket Casts, Downcast, Stitcher, etc–in order to listen to the show.

You can also listen to each episode straight from the Patreon membership page on your web browser. All you have to do is click play.

How Do I Get The Dice Pool onto my Phone?

• Once you've joined our Patreon, make sure you're logged in and go to www.patreon.com/myfirstdungeonpod
• On this page you’ll see a tab marked “MEMBERSHIP”. Click on it.
• On that page you will see a section labeled “Listen on Other Podcast Apps.” Click on the button that says “Copy Link.”
• Every podcatcher app will have a way to add RSS feeds. Add the RSS link you just copied from Patreon into your podcatcher. If you don’t see a place to add it you can usually paste the link into the app’s search bar and be able to find it that way. (Here is a handy link to all the podcast apps that work with Patreon’s RSS feed and a guide on how to use each of them.)

Can I use Spotify?

Spotify is what is called a “walled garden.” They don’t allow open RSS feeds onto their platform and they’re all the worse for it.
