FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND NOTES

When will I be charged?

You will be charged the day you sign up, and then the 1st of the month after that.

This means if you sign up on the 28th you will be charged that day, and you will be charged on the 1st as well. But you will recieve digital download content for both months.

When will I receive my Patron content?

You will receive digital downloads the day you sign up, any day throughout the month. And then on the 1st of every month going forward. Physical content from the Care Package and up tiers will be sent out on the 7th of every month. Please note that care packages are bi-monthly. You will recieve one for February, April, June, August, October, December.

I signed up after the 6th for Care Package tier, will I receive a package?

Yes, but shipping times will vary after the 6th. Signing up by the 6th guarantees your package to be shipped on the 7th. After that, packages will be put together when I have available time. I prepare the month prior for the following month so this allows me time to estimate how many items to order for Patrons receiving a care package. Because of this, although unlikely, sign ups after the 6th has the possibility of some items to no longer be available. This also allows packages to arrive on time relevant to that month's theme. You will still receive digital download content regardless of what day you sign up during the month, as well as start accumulating towards the loyalty merch program.

If I upgrade my tier in the middle of the month, will I be charged full price again?

No! You will only be charged the difference of the tier.

If I am subbed to a Loyalty Merch tier and I upgrade to another Loyalty Merch tier, will my loyalty streak start over?

No! As long as you were originally in a Loyalty Merch tier, if you move to another tier with Loyalty Merch, your streak will continue and be uninterrupted.

If I am asked to be commissioned for Art for your Patreon, is it a paid job?

Yes! I will always pay the artist to do commissions for my Patreon. A huge reason I wanted to do this project was for a way to help give paid work to artists who could use more recognition! All details will be discussed privately at the time of commission to make sure everything is agreed upon.

Also, please remember to not share any artwork you receive through Patreon with anyone else, nor use any images for anything other than personal use. No reselling of artwork is allowed. Please be respectful to our artists. You can find credit to each month's artist in the Patreon post as well as in Discord in our Patreon channel.
