Reality

I have a fond respect for those who want to hold a degree of anonymity to their fantasy communities. I've rarely shared any information about my real self. Mainly it's to suspend the belief that I'm a fleshy human behind a computer. The less that's evident, the less I feel like one myself, and the less I see others that way, too. Below is some information about me in real life. I 100% respect if you don't care to read it, but I understand you may want to know more about the human you're supporting.

My name's Peter, and I love my name, as it means "stone". I wish I'd stuck with my real name to identify with, but it seems another Rabbit named Peter took the spotlight. I've lived in north Minnesota for my whole life, and I'm pretty happy here, but I wish I could explore more. My spouse is Squiz the squirrel. We met when I'd visited England to meet with some other statuephiles, and were engaged throughout the years of the pandemic when they were barred from immigration. Now they live here with me in our wintery state, and we have a dream of building a tiny house on wheels that has a dedicated VR space, squirreling away bits of savings at a time.

We work together at a dog kennel as attendants. The pay is not great, but it's Squiz's dream job. I, however, wish I could make a living just participating and creating in an ASFR community, so I'm taking a risk to cut back my hours at the dog kennels and trying to use Patreon to make up the difference. I don't know if it's realistic, as it would take a great deal of Patrons at the cost I've put for the tiers to make up the difference, but I can't help but try and pursue the dream. We don't have a lot of money, but we're stable enough that I can carry on with this, and I'm very thankful from the support from Squiz to allow me to try.
