Today, September 18th, is the Fiesta Patria in Chile (although it is not the day when independence was signed, but when the first national government board was formed, but anyway). During these days, parties are held in houses, with grilled meat, anticuchos, choripanes, oven-baked empanadas and people drink chicha, pipeño and the drink called terremoto (pineapple ice cream, sweet pipeño wine and grenadine). In addition, popular Ramadas are held in different parts of the city, places where you can go to eat and dance. As is tradition, I present a typical Chilean costume for this date and on this occasion our dear CASS shows us the typical attire of Rapa Nui (Easter Island), which for those who do not know is part of the Chilean territory.
