Health Situation
Added 2020-10-04 18:27:11 +0000 UTCSo it seems it happend at the end. I am pretty sure im diabetic now.
Past week i felt some symptoms and ive asked my mom on friday to hand me the glucose tester of my dad. And yeah, it was much to high. I know its not the end of the world but it still was like a punch in my gut.
For this coming week ill keep monitoring my glucose levels and write them down and as late as monday in a week ill get an appointment to my doctor.
I really start to wonder if my uncontrolled blood sugar made it so hard for me in the past 8-10 Months to gain weight.... Does anybody know something about his?
You probably can imagine i wasnt really in the right mindset to do new content this weekend. So ive decided to upload today and the rest of the week 2-3 older Videos. Some of them were previously aviable on Hansis Superchubs before i asked him to remove them from clip4sale.
Anyways, after im under medication and my blood sugar levels are under control ill keep trying to pack on. And hopefully once my bloodsugar is under controll again ill start to pack on again like last year :D)). And with the right medication maybe even more (some have the side effect to cause weight gain, others weight loss....)
I hope you understand and thank you for your support :-)

Thank you for your insights. That totally would explain why my weight gain suddenly stopped. I was now stuck at 530-540 for almost a year. And in those two weeks ive stopped eating a lot of carbs and went from soda to water i really droped a lot of weight. Almost 20 pounds. And now im on metformin since friday. And i already feel hungry all the time now, despite it says it reduces the appetite. Im in good faith im able to gain weight again once those bloodsugar levels are under control. Of course with much less sugar. *hugs you* :D))

2020-10-11 15:49:47 +0000 UTCThe onset of Diabetes will definitely make it harder to gain weight temporarily. I know you are not even trying to gain now- but to answer your question, most people actually lose 10-20 pounds without even trying when their blood sugar first gets into a βhigh rangeβ holding pattern. Iβm glad to hear you are committed to getting your numbers lower. Type 2 Diabetes will not be ignored as you get older. Youβll get through it, Handsome...you always do! π
