I Think just let Taha do 60 days of training and let him do a marathon, but still have paramedics on standby

I have a friend who decided to wake up one day and sign up for a marathon. In the end, he did no training and finished it. We all thought he was gonna DNF but... yeah lol.

Y'all could also do the "one punch man" thing. There's fitness teachers on YouTube who show a healthier version of that training, and it's apparently pretty balanced that way.

Excellent work all, definitely interested in some rice pro tips as I am uncultured. FWIW I think you need to have a heavy door in your life or a heavy backpack on the regular before you notice whether or not upper body exercise is a useful activity
