2023-01-30 04:24:56 +0000 UTCDon't know if you know, but the ability to digest dairy as an adult is a very recent mutation in humans. It happened first something like 5000 years ago in Scandinavia. Romans used (unpasteurized, obv) milk to induce vomiting so they were initially pretty weirded out when they got to northern Europe and saw people just drinking it. That's at least why lactose intolerance is less prevalent in white people than in everyone else.
