There are a handful of volume effects at your disposal in MilkyTracker. To be thorough, I’ve divided these effects into three tutorials.
By the END of this tutorial, you should know how to:
- Set default volume in the instrument editor
- Override the default volume
- Manually input volume with xx and Cxx
- Adjust the volume finely with Dx & Ux
- Adjust the volume finely with EAx & EBx
- Use volume commands with volume envelopes
- Use volume commands in the context of writing music
