Among the Stars. Chapter Eight and Nine.

This is definitely a series I'll love to come back to and edit more.

There are a lot of more subtle details I would love to add into it in the future. Going through it a couple of times during these two chapters made me really realize that this series would've been better if I waited to finish the entire thing then come back to edit as a whole.

However, if I did that you'd all be waiting a year for any updates with it.

Also I don't plan to turn this series into a book or anything like that. This is just for fun and to expand my writing into genres I'm not very familiar with. Despite how much sci-fi I read and shows/movies I watch, this is my first ever real sci-fi themed story. It's a lot harder to do than I thought, I give my respect to Star Trek.

Writing about the entire Universe is completely different than writing a story where the entire thing takes place in one city or country instead. It's very expansive, go figure. I'm trying to add world building but it's more like universe building as there is SO much out there.

I actually watched a lot of space shows to try and help figure this story out. Such as Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey, and several others documentaries. The one thing I learned? Lol, space is VERY big. Like unbelievably, unfathomably large. The distant between planets, let alone galaxies is astronomical, literally. Makes it very tricky to write something that doesn't just take place on ONE planet.

Let alone including space themed cosmic horrors.

For that, I apologize if things aren't always completely focused or clear. I plan to go back after its done to edit it as a whole to make things more coherent. More hints and clues, ect.

I decided to do two more chapters instead of just one. I'm unsure if it would be better to just release each chapter as they finished here or be better to try and give more satisfying double chapters or such like this. One thing I've been trying to figure out and what would be best for people supporting me here.
