Help me celebrate In The Waiting's 1 year anniversary

Ok, back to the actual point of this message!
With the one year anniversary of my album In The Waiting nearly upon us, I wanted to take the month of June to look back on it, delve even deeper into the songs and videos, and throw it a proper celebration before closing the door on that chapter and moving into a new album. I know I can't live in an album forever and at some point a new one must begin, but there's something so bittersweet to me about that transition. Of course I'm so excited to share new music, but it also feels like the second I do so, In The Waiting is over. And I'm not ready for it to be over!
This album was so incredibly important to me. It was the first album ever released with YOUR help through our very own label, KG Records!! It was the first album I ever recorded, produced and mixed all by myself. It's the first time every song on an album got a month+ of my time and its own music video. It encapsulates a period of time in my life when I experienced immense amounts of joy, pain, confusion and growth, and was such a labor of love to create.
With your help, I'd love to create some "Behind The Song" videos in June. What I need from you is simple! Take a moment, look over the album (if you need a refresher, here is a playlist of every song and music video from the album, and each song's lyrics are in the video description!), and then send me any and all song-specific questions you can think up! It could be about a specific lyric, a specific sound, the writing or production process, about a part of a video, etc! I just want one last time to honor these little song babies and dive as deep as we can with them before the new ones are born and these all become the sad, neglected older siblings ;)

Use it if you think it helps.I think you described your feelings so eloquently behind creating that song during the Jakarta experience in our Skype call last December. You should use our conversation then as the basis for creating your description for the KG Family - it was so honest and emotional.

About In the waiting, does the locationβs choice of a forest with very big old trees that has load of soul and deepness was natural and instinctive? Did you consider other locations? Did you ever have a conversation with Beth similar to what you talked about in the song, or was the song the first time you tried to communicate these things with her? How did you time writing the lyrics to History so well? Is it just a coincidence that the guitar picking/strumming pattern of In the Waiting sounds similar to My Own? "So maybe this is what it takes to realize" from For Now, is that referring to your experience in Jakarta?

There have been periods of my life where I've just listened to it on repeat over and over because it's felt so relevant to how I feel, I can't even explain how comforting it's been. Honestly, it's gotten me through a lot. And one particular night as I was listening to it yet again, I felt moved to paint. This was my first time painting abstractly and I had always toyed with the idea of painting a song but never did, until this one. You've shared how scary it can be when you share your music or upload a video. Are those quiet moments before you do share, a place of strength for you?

For the "When Will I learn" video there are a lot of shots of you standing and looking pensive; what was the directions you received for that? Did you know beforehand what speed to do the "History" video at or was it trial and error?

Now you have one secret again, the words in All Along, and many people want it revealed. What does that feel like for you? Are we encouraging or encroaching, supportive or just pushy?
