I'm currently working on a famous Amy Winehouse's song Valerie. It's going to be a subtle but intricate fingerstyle version with a simple drum groove in the background. Since the song has a very simple form of only 3 repeating parts, I tried to make it more interesting by embedding different melody lines that Amy sings.
Some of the next projects I will be working on are an old French evergreen Mรฉnilmontant composed and performed by Charles Trenet, a famous French singer and songwriter. And I also made a few fingerstyle sketches and ideas for the cover of the tango Por Una Cabeza, the song composed by Carlos Gardel back 1935.
And if inspiration strikes some other songs might come in between ;)
