Bonus Video: The First Thing I See (A Short Film)
Added 2018-03-04 01:26:20 +0000 UTCI HAD SO MUCH FUN MAKING THIS!!! Jesse and I were about to shoot a quick video of him performing his newest song when suddenly I spaced out and pictured a spaceship and before I knew it I was on the floor drawing little aliens and turning my house into a crazy craft war zone. Jesse, being the absolute best, jumped on board immediately and entrusted his precious song to me and my little alien friends. He's a true hero.
The whole thing went down in about 24 hours. I felt like a kid again. It felt like play. And it was the best. It reminded me of my earlier music days (Message From Your Heart, Disturbia, etc)--when I had the time and space to just get weird and play around, and the cool thing is I feel like I'm getting back to that place--and it's thanks to you!! This isn't an official KG Records release but it certainly wouldn't exist without your support. Thanks to you all I now have the flexibility to be able to change my schedule on a whim in order to follow a crazy, creative impulse instead. Thank you!!! It felt so good to get to tap into this sillier, more hands-on side of myself again. (And yes, I keep saying silly--but don't you think for a second I wouldn't try to turn even this into a tear jerker ;) I can't help it, okay? All the feels, all the time.)
Hope you enjoy both the song and my little creation! The song is so beautiful and I'm so grateful to Jesse for letting me sing all over it! :)

When I saw it years ago I was hoping when the salt shaker went to it's new home there would be the matching pepper shaker for a happy end.
