Been feeling myself get a little caught up in the million little things pulling me in all directions lately, so I'm trying to be more mindful again. To stop, feel what I'm feeling, see what I'm thinking, and let it go. I'm realizing more and more that my experience of life is solely based on what I focus on, and if I focus on stress or worry or negative things, that's what life will feel like. If I focus on nature and beauty and hope and gratitude, life is pretty magical.
Did 20 minutes of meditation this morning and now I'm going to take a few minutes to write out some things I'm grateful for today. Feel free to join me :)
