Regardless of headstands, handstands or any inversion method the breath is the vehicle for this energy.
Breathe in with the moola bandha lock, this sends vital energy up to the brain.

Hey Joseph, great video. I’m curious to know if you’ve ever researched or looked into inversions? They do these quite a bit in yoga. I’ve watched a few YouTubers who claim that doing headstands for long periods brings the energy from your root chakra down to your brain, and is the most efficient way to do this, as apposed to breathing it up.
