Brain problems, delays, and a new year ahead.

I've been stuck for a while. Here is the situation: On the technical side, I have the systems I need working.
Writing proper interactive cutscenes is where I've dug myself a hole. My goal for it is to be a dynamic experience. Where the NPCs seem like living, breathing individuals.
Obviously, that isn't an easy task, and along the way, I might have lost the sight that done is better than perfect. Which caused me to freeze and get nothing done instead.
I'm getting back on track now, rewriting parts of the dialogue and adjusting my expectations. There have been too many empty promises. I want to make the best game I possibly can, but things you can play are still better than things that never get done because they are supposed to be perfect.
I will try to get this long-overdue update done as fast as possible, but I can't give any specific date. From where I am currently it shouldn't take much longer though.

2019 wasn't good for me, 2020 showed me that worse is always possible. Let's hope that 2021 will eventually end up great.
