Satyrs

 Introducing one of the races which will be part of the next race poll by  mid of march, the description is intentionally light and will be  further refined if they are chosen in the poll.

Description:
The satyrs are small humanoids with goat legs and horns who embody the enjoyment of life. They sometimes travel alone or in caravans with others.

Average height: 3’3”-4’5” (100cm-135cm)

Hair: There are satyrs with all kinds of color combinations, often most of their body is covered with light very short fur, while their legs, part of their back and arms have longer fur. They are especially proud of their long flowing hair on their head.

Clothing: Due to their traveling life style they tend to wear comfortable clothes. They usually try to get a new pieces from the places they visit, which causes some of them to wear a wild clash of different styles.

Favorite food: Honey and wine.

Magic: It’s rare for satyrs to posses magic abilities, the few of them who posses are able to play songs who are able to influence people far beyond what music normally could.

Technology: They are smart and especially interested in any kind of technology which makes traveling easier for them. They avoid working in forges because the heat tends to burn their fur. But they usually lack the patience to start constructing their own machinery.

Intimacy: They are among the most fertile races known, they give usually birth to twins or triplets. This leads to them avoiding intercourse with males unless they can manage to keep on traveling while raising their children. But whenever they do get intimate they are almost insatiable, able to keep at it for hours and hours.
