What do you like more?

Hello everyone, I have a question for you regarding Mother's Mask and how the evil mask works, like the rules. Currently I have made the evil mask to only work when both other 2 masks are activated, like when they glow green and can transform someone who puts them on. Now, I was thinking to maybe change this in this way.
Instead of the evil mask working when the other 2 masks are activated only, I was thinking of doing it for the evil mask to work and talk (basically being alive just when both masks are worn either by 2 different people or by the same person (like in the case of Lilly)

Now in both cases the evil mask can't be removed if the 2 masks are activated/worn in the same time. Meaning that the wearer of the evil mask will be stuck transformed until the 2 masks are activated/worn.
Now during that time the evil mask will have no power/control over the wearer of the evil mask and the wearer will have full power and control but also stuck transformed like that.

So what you will like more? when the 2 masks are activated or worn?
The worn choice could be more fun because it will have 2 possible outcomes
like the evil mask wearer (that's when she will find out) will want the 2 masks to be worn by anyone no matters what to either remove or wear the mask. I personally feel like could be fun to have Madison stuck with the evil mask and no voice in her head or way to remove the mask, since Lilly might manage to remove the masks from her head.

If the WORN option wins then you can consider story wise that the evil mask activated in the moment Lilly put on both masks on her face (fusion mask). If the original option, the ACTIVATED one wins then things remains in the story how they are.

So, how would you like the evil mask to work? when the other 2 masks are WORN in the same time by different people or one, something that might not happen every day! Or when ACTIVATED when they simply glow green in the same time this happening once every day.
