Shreked: Yes or No?

Kifflom, brothers and sisters! It's ValeGor! In this post, I will summarize the results of the poll I made in the previous post here and on Twitter/X. If you haven't read it, I'll remind you that a couple of weeks ago, I mentioned that I'm developing game based on the Shrek universe. However, I also asked my followers to express their opinions on whether it's good idea or not. There were many pros and cons, so I decided to make a poll. On Twitter, not many people participated, but the majority were still voting for further development. Really interesting situation is here, on Patreon. Initially, there was a slight lead in favor of development, but now there are more opponents of this decision than supporters. So the situation is ambiguous. Nevertheless, I noticed that some of my patrons supported me by raising their pledges and it seems they approved my idea. I'm very grateful to them for that.

Still, what should I do next? As you can see, creating an adult Shreked game is quite a risky venture, and even my audience doesn't have a clear stance on this idea. Nevertheless, I've been working on this project for several months now, so, after all, I've decided to continue development. At least until the pilot version release. If I receive positive feedback and maybe even earn some money, I think development will continue. But all of this takes time. I still have a lot of work ahead just to show you even a slightly finished product, but I think if nothing gets in my way, I'll release the first version of the game within the next few months. As strange as it may sound, I have many plans in my head, but to implement them in the game, I need not only time but also knowledge. I want to add many interesting details, but I don't always know how to do it right. It's both interesting and challenging at the same time.

I've also uploaded another short video, the line art drawing process. This time it's Prince Charming, the main character of the game. I would be pleased if you watch it and support me with your activity there. In the future, there will be more videos on the channel.
