Charlie has a new voice!
Added 2025-07-10 15:25:55 +0000 UTCI'm really pleased with the new voice over for Charlie! It's a tad bit California valley girl sounding but the expressiveness of the voice is much better than that of Roxanne. I've also fixed a bunch of small but important things for making the other NPC's in the game work correctly as well as a bug that I had on Roxanne's NPC as well in regard to her head tracking. They're both fixed now so even if you aren't a paying member of Patreon, in the next update Roxanne will have the same head tracking improvements as the Other NPCs.
In this short clip I also showed that I can have their clothes dynamically change during the dialogue which is a new addition and will make more sense in the conversation. I wont actually be using this outfit change here in the dialogue, I just put it in to show off the new feature.
Ive got about 150 more voice lines to record for her and put in the game so that will take about a day and then I can move onto the interactions and then finally additional and special animations for Charlie during the dialogue scene.
