- Residential lot - apartment has been play tested. *Note: I have not yet batch fixed my cc chairs, so your Sim may appear to have routing errors when trying to sit for a meal, in the apartment. You can fix this yourself by running the Sims 4 Studio batch fix for slotted chairs. I'll do so moving forward! Know that once you run this batch fix, all of the fixed chairs will be removed from your lots and you'll have to manually place them back in buy mode.
