For a while now, some players have experienced a Null Width error while trying to load the NSFW scenes in Zombie's Retreat.
I've attempted to fix this in the latest updated: ZR Beta 0.7.5. The download link at the top of the Patreon page now has it listed to try out.
== WHAT'S NEW ==
I've been doing some more testing and I believe I've found the root issue of the problem. The pre-load before scenes to try and have animations load in smoothly seem to be causing the crash for lower end hardware that can't load fast enough.
To fix this, I've deleted the pre-load to see how that affects performance. In theory, this should minimize/eliminate the null width error (skipping dialogue too fast in scenes could potentially still cause this issue too). My concern is that with the pre load gone, scenes may be choppy or have a new issue arise as a result.
Because of this, ZR 0.7.4 is still available to download on itch but you can see 0.7.5 there as well. I would appreciate it heavily if you could give me feedback if you wish to help!

2019-07-04 17:33:27 +0000 UTCI do have a question though: how/when do I get the water from the cistern? I've built and placed the intermediate one but I never get a notification that water has been added to my inventory the way the farm does - not even after it rains.

2019-07-03 21:02:49 +0000 UTCI bought the newest version recently and played through the bulk of the available content in a day - it's pretty good! Well worth what I paid for it. I was worried for a moment that I softlocked the nurse's story, but accessing her lockbox early doesn't actually interfere with anything - I just hadn't taken enough damage yet to trigger the second "healing" encounter. Suggestions: unless the intent is to be able to build multiple farm plots and cisterns, the crafting options for them should be disabled once they've been placed. I made an extra by mistake thinking I would be able to place more. Same goes for the other lodge upgrades.
