And if more parts are made with this turning into a relationship, it'd be very interesting to see how it turns out without it turning into a boss pressuring the other trope, and how they make something like this work as consenting adults. 2025-07-23 18:16:57 +0000 UTCHonestly I get the point, and I can see how a work power dynamic can effect how a work relationship is received... if it's two people holding the same or similar role the only thing people might say is the old "dating coworkers is unwise" crap, but a boss and assistant is very different, the power dynamic can feel like your pressuring someone else to do something... Honestly I see great potential for a series here, and I'd be intrigued at seeing how you handle the power dynamic... but great work as usual tea!

I loved that despite being a usual situation for a romantic moment she was more worried that she would be taking advantage of us due to her being our boss and her saying she just a normal person like everyone else. Also it was sweet that she appreciates our work but does not want to take advantage of that or that we lose it and just wants to be seen as a good boss.
