Intellectually I know this is true, but after more than a decade of being single, matched with having lived alone for 3 years now, I'm really quite lonely.

2023-02-12 21:25:52 +0000 UTCYeah for the longest time I struggled with this, but more recently I realized I'm happy being single and I'm happy with myself, it's more that I'm depressed from loneliness 😅 I sit at home after work and my weekends are always busy, I just need more friends I can do stuff woth lol, then who knows a relationship may spawn from that 🤷♂️

I want someone to be there, talk to me, make me feel good and I'd return it. I can't even have so much as a fling or a sexual reatliosnhip all because my eyes don't work.

There are time where it sucks being alone but it’s honestly given me time to discover who I am and what I want. It’s also given me time to focus on my career and where I’m going in life. I’m content being by myself, until I find that special someone.
