Thank you to everyone who said kind words, showed concern, or offered a place to talk. I'm sure you've done so much good as a collective, and you don't even know it. By opening up, sharing your experiences, and lending an ear to others, you help people who might otherwise end up in the worst possible state.

And to the person going through a lot, if you're reading this, hang in there, you've got this and while it seems so tough there will be moments that will give you some respite and peace!
