Idk if it’s too late but I had a few questions. - When do you think teams will start thinking more valorant minded than csgo minded? This game is essentially league of legends the fps and I feel like teams don’t think about or want to implement the small counter picks using util in specific places or push specific areas such as if you know the enemy team likes fighting for backsite b ascent and their team rotates in to help fight, you instead crunch spawn on the b split than just hitting and taking the site. - How can I deal with tilt when igl’ing? Not for just for a team cause we have one for our premier team but even in ranked I notice I don’t make calls because I get frustrated when the call I think is simple isn’t even done well if at all. And it’s more tilting when I realize my call would have worked out. I spend time learning and try to call with the knowledge but it’s real upsetting not seeing it even attempted. - Going pro now is definitely much harder now if you’re new to the scene. How should someone go about becoming one to hopefully reach tier 1? - How can someone improve to reach the top ranks and compete if they work full time? - Do you believe your brand is more important to you getting picked up now than it was at the start of Val? and if so how would you suggest someone with no presence go about doing it? - For effective improvement, how much should the average person trying to reach the top ranks study and practice rather than playing? - Do skins equal wins? - If you have a player that can think really well, sometime overthink, is flexible and communicative, but wants to play duelist despite their mechanics not being the best, would you switch them to another role or would you have them develop their mechanics to match their other skills? A player on my premier team wants to climb to immortal+ to be play in contenders but they work and have responsibilities. 3 days out of the week they only have about 2 hours to play/practice and get about 6 hours of sleep before waking up to go to work again that night and on other 4 days they are off he can play for hours while occasionally getting up for food or responsibilities. Do you believe a schedule like that is enough to improve? I want to say yeah they can as long as the time they can play is focused and intentional but I also learned that unless you have 4-5 hours every day according to Thwifo improvement will be difficult. Do you think that would also be the case?
