It's kinda wierd listening to this audio while can't sleep bcuz of muscle pain. When I was in college, I did hit the gym to refresh my image, hope that would impress my crush. Didn't worked out well though. But atleast I formed a hobby to hit the gym, kept myself fit and healthy. Then Covid happened. I quitted gym from those days and changed to running + push up. Must have been 3 years since then. And I just started hitting the gym again. Kinda remmember it, but now the pain is killing me and even your voice can't ease it🤧

Though, of course, if you stay too long with high temperature, you will be out cold (or hot in this case ?). What makes you (or at least me) faint more is getting out of the sauna. Talking with experience on the matter.

Not in a romantic way but like a slow death by humidity. I imagine that’s what a Victorian lady passing out in a very tight corset must’ve felt like. 🤔 My heat tolerance is basically negative. So even imagining it made me feel like a steamed dumpling. And no, not in a cute way.

Interestingly enough, the term (pronounced "sou-na" (where "sou" rhymes with "ow")) is the only Finnish word in the English dictionary. I would say this fact is cool, but I think steamy would be more appropriate. Speaking of which, the audio was even more so. I loved the characterization you gave Alice, especially her interest in expanding her vocabulary. Both parts endearing and relatable. Thanks for the lovely trip to the sauna. After the workout I had today walking around my local county fair, I needed a minute to unwind. I hope you're giving yourself some time to do the same, Storm.
